“The Romanian printing, advertising production, and packaging industries are facing a major challenge: the acute shortage of qualified personnel. This crisis impacts not only company performance and service quality but also the capacity to innovate and adapt to new demands from the European and global markets. With digitalization, sustainability, and new EU regulations requiring increasingly advanced technical and managerial competencies, the lack of a well-prepared workforce poses a strategic risk for the entire sector. This conference aims to create an open dialogue between business leaders, academia, and policymakers to identify common solutions: tailored professional training, educational partnerships, youth attraction and retention programs, and funding mechanisms for skills development.”
The conference is open to high school students, university students, and professionals from the printing industry. Admission is free, based on an online invitation.
